Cancellation Policies

Use of Membership, Cancellation, and Renewal:

All membership applications are subjected to verification by Myla. For applying Myla membership you are obliged to provide correct details. In case of your failure to do so may invalidate your membership with the company and any subsequent transaction.

Once your membership has been accepted, you may only make requests by telephone, email, or through our website. Myla will provide all the services described on the website (from time to time) at your request.

Your calls to Myla may be monitored or recorded for training and quality purposes. Membership fees are payable annually or quarterly (depending upon the type of membership) in advance by direct payment by credit/debit card/internet banking.

Myla reserves the right to cancel or suspend your membership at any time (at its sole discretion) for any reason whatsoever and the cancellation is effective immediately.

In the event of termination of membership, your account will be disabled and your right to receive any referral discounts or other special offers and rewards shall automatically terminate.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

You shall not be entitled to cancel any services requested once the performance has already begun on your instruction for the same. If you cancel the request after it has been confirmed, we will have the right to charge you a cancellation fee depending on the order value. We will also have the right to charge you a cancellation fee for the orders cancelled by the company.

If you wish to cancel your request, you must notify to the supplier or company as soon as possible. The customer who repeatedly cancels the request may be subjected to charge a cancellation fee depending on the type of service.

If an order is cancelled, the fund paid will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request. It may take 4-5 additional working business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Myla reserves the sole right to cancel your order in case of failure to contact you at the time of confirming the order booking, or lack of information from you and you shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

The amount paid will be refunded to you only if you prepay for your requested service at the time of booking on the platform and in the event of failure to contact you at the time of order booking confirmation.

Modification of Services:

The company reserves the right at any time to withdraw any services and/or to refuse the supply of the services requested.

Myla reserves the right at any time or from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice. Taking our any of these services you agree that the Company shall not be liable to you or to any other third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Myla may add to, change, update, or remove any part of this cancellation policy at any time, with or without prior notice.
